Etherow Country Park and Local Nature Reserve
Etherow Country Park covers approximately 92 hectares on the site of an old cotton mill. The park offers a variety of leisure pursuits such as bird-watching, rambling, nature study, sailing, model-boating and angling. There are events and educational services available.

Public Transport Directions
Nearest station is Marple and Romily stations. From Marple, walk down hill, follow road round to the left, continue, bearing left at the Windsor Castle, down along Compstall Road, over bridge and right at the signpost. From Romiley, turn left out of station, follow road down hill.

Nearest major road is B6104. turn onto George Street in Compstall, signposted Etherow Country Park and local nature reserve. Take the next right into the car park.
