Stables and Peregrine Cottages

Luxury conversion of stables into two adjacent properties. Situated 13 miles from Manchester in the rural and historic area of Saddleworth. Equally ideal for walking (Pennine Way 1 mile), mountain biking, riding and commuting. The area is famous for it's brass band contests and the Huddersfield Narrow Canal passes through the area. The Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Derbyshire are all easily visited within a day. It is only a 10 minute walk to the village and all it's amenities. Each unit has double glazing, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Outside patio areas and ample space for parking. Stables Cottage: one twin/ triple bedroom and sofa bed in lounge. Peregrine Cottage: 2 twin bedroom and a sofa bed in lounge, laundry room.

From: Bus, Train Directions: The 183 bus runs hourly from Delph to Manchester via Oldham.
Trains to Manchester every hour from Greenfield and every 20 minutes from Oldham Mumps.

Road Directions

From: M62, J22, 4 miles Directions: From Oldham take A62 (Huddersfield) approximately 4.5 miles. Ignore the sign for Delph village and turn first left after the cricket ground.
